We reviewed our contact form in the last blog, which is pretty straight forward, but we have some other helpful forms as well.

We’ve started up our email newsletters again! We are currently sending them out bi-weekly and they include tons of information regarding in-store promotions, upcoming events, firearms news and more. Sign Up for Courses
We offer a number of different courses, but the most popular course is probably the Massachusetts Gun Safety course that we provide almost every Saturday. This is the required course you must take before applying for your License to Carry or Firearms ID. The class is approximately 3 and a half hours long (depending on class size) and reviews firearm laws, parts and components of firearms, handling firearms, loading/unloading weapons, terminology and much more. We offer this course almost every Saturday at 11:00am and it costs $100.
To use our contact form to sign up, click here to fill out your information and select the Massachusetts Gun Safety Course. We’ll reach out to you to let you know our upcoming dates – if we don’t reply in at least 3 business days, feel free to give us a call at (508) 456-1093 (sorry, we receive tons of emails everyday so some may slip through the cracks!).
Our other courses are not on a consistent schedule like the safety course, but use the form the same way as mentioned above to inquire. Someone will reach out to you and let you know when the next available class is. Again, if you don’t hear from someone within 3 days or so, give us a call.
Upload Your ATF Form 4473
In order to purchase a firearm from a dealer, such as On Target Training, you must fill out the ATF Form 4473. We’ve helped to make this process a bit quicker for you by allowing you to upload the form as soon as you fill it out. You can obtain the form here, and then send the completed form back to us here.
Sell Your Firearm
Have a firearm that you don’t really care for much anymore? We’ll buy it off of you (exclusions apply)! Yes, that’s right – we actually have a HUGE selection of pre-owned firearms. Use this form to let us know a little bit about your firearm. The more information you have, the better. We request the following information: make and model of the firearm, the condition (poor, fair, good, excellent), manuals present y/n, original box y/n, and a couple photos.
