On Target Training offers Massachusetts Police Training Committee certified instructors qualified to instruct with revolver, semi-automatic pistol, shotgun, and patrol rifle as well as use of force, handgun retention, force on force, less lethal weapons and defensive tactics and also CPR / AED and First Responder as well as Emergency Medical Technician continuing education training. All of our instructors are all full time police officers assigned as departmental firearms instructors, defensive tactics instructors, and armorers or have retired from active duty but still hold all credentials.

 

Our experienced staff can evaluate training needs and formulate a complete Force Options Training package for any agency from recruit training through veteran officer in-service training using any firearms.

 

Our veteran trainers can also provide LEOSA training and certification for retired law enforcement officers which authorizes those officers to carry a concealed firearm anywhere in the United States.

 

We are mobile and can travel throughout Massachusetts and the New England area, and can set up at any facility that is appropriate for law enforcement officer training.
